The worksheet is the central area of Worksheet Crafter. Usually a worksheet consists of several pages and items which can be selected with the mouse for editing.

 

Based on the application there are different types of worksheets:

 

Paper Worksheet

 

The paper worksheet for printing at home or at school. You can change the page layout e.g. size (A4, A5, etc.) in the Page Settings.

Digital Worksheet

 

With a digital worksheet you create content for your students to interactively solve in the app Worksheet Go! (for iOS, Android or in the web browser).

Boardwork

 

Create boardwork for presentation on digital whiteboards in the app Worksheet Go! (for  iOS, Android or in the web browser).

Workbook

 

Create a workbook for professional print through our Workbook Printery.

 

Choose the type when creating a new worksheet (e.g. via the File menu entry New) or change it any time in the Page Settings (usually this entails reordering the page content).

Also depending on the worksheet type there are more settings available.

Apart from editing items you can do the following on the worksheet:

 

Adding, Deleting and Moving Pages

 

Your worksheet can consist of multiple pages. The chapter "Working with Multiple Pages" explains in more detail how to add, delete and duplicate pages as well as change the page order.

 

Zooming the View In and Out

 

The zoom level for the worksheet can be selected ad lib. This enables you to zoom the view in or out according to your requirements. Two options are available:

 

1.Via Toolbar: Selecting the zoom level in the format bar above the worksheet

2.Via Mouse Wheel: Freely changing the zoom level by pressing the CTRL button and scrolling the mouse wheel

3.Via Keyboard: Use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl Alt + (Mac: Cmd Alt +) and Ctrl Alt - (Mac: Cmd Alt -) to change the zoom level. The shortcut Ctrl 0 (Mac: Cmd 0) restores the standard zoom level of 100%.

 

Zooming with the mouse wheel can be particularly convenient.
