Worksheet Crafter enables you to copy single items or complete worksheet pages to other applications such as Microsoft Word. This way you can use the benefits of Worksheet Crafter in other applications, too.
Please note that items and worksheet pages are copied as pictures. This is the only way to display complex items such as number lines and clock fields in a variety of applications. The copied items can only be edited with an image editing application. If your computer runs Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows ME you may experience a loss of quality.
When using an Exercise Generator you can choose whether to copy the exercise with or without the solution. In the manual mode the exercise is copied as displayed.
Copying one or multiple Items
To copy a single or multiple items to another application select them on the worksheet and copy them to the clipboard. Then paste them from the clipboard to the third party application. Perform the following steps:
1.Select item: Left-click to select the desired item (also see the chapter "Editing Items"). You can also select multiple items at this step.
2.Copy Item to Clipboard: Then copy the item to the clipboard by clicking the option "Copy Item to Clipboard" in the "Edit" menu. You can also use the shortcut CTRL+C. If an Exercise Generator is active for the item you can copy the item with the solution (i.e. including the green numbers). Choose the menu option "Copy Item with Solution to Clipboard".
3.Paste Item to Third Party Application: Switch to the desired third party application (e.g. Microsoft Word) and paste the item from the clipboard. Usually you can do this by choosing the menu option "Paste" in the "Edit" menu. |
