With the purchase of a personal license (hereinafter also referred to as ‘license data‘ or ‘license code‘) by a private individual, Worksheet Crafter (hereinafter also referred to as ‘software’ or ‘program‘) may be installed on up to two private computers in his/her possession and used exclusively by him/her.
With a personal license provided by a school or school authority, Worksheet Crafter may also be installed and used on school devices. However, simultaneous use of the program on different computers is not permitted. The use of the same license data by several persons is not permitted.
The use of the program by several persons is only permitted with a school license purchased in the past. With a school license, Worksheet Crafter may only be used by teachers who work at the associated school. With a school license, the authorized teacher may install and use Worksheet Crafter on one school device and up to two additional private devices.
The use of Worksheet Crafter and the material created with it for commercial purposes, including attachment, inclusion, bundling, or similar with any other commercial software, is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of workbooks created with Worksheet Crafter.
When uploading or providing materials, documents and files to the ‘Marketplace‘, SchoolCraft GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as ‘SchoolCraft‘) and its users are granted an unlimited, non-exclusive and unrestricted right of use to these works free of charge. This includes, but is not limited to, the distribution, reproduction and making available to the public.
In addition, the current terms of use published on the website https://worksheetcrafter.com/de/hilfe/nutzungsbedingungen apply. By using Worksheet Crafter, you agree to these terms and conditions.
LIABILITY / WARRANTY
SchoolCraft GmbH is providing best efforts in trying to deliver its Worksheet Crafter free of bugs. However, the software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Schoolcraft disclaims and excludes all warranties, conditions or representations of any kind, express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the software, including, without limitation, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, satisfactory quality and non-infringement of third party rights.
Schoolcraft does not warrant that operation of the software will be uninterrupted or without transmission problems or error free. licensee bears all risks relating to quality and performance of the software and assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
Schoolcraft is not liable for any case of data losses. to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Schoolcraft, its parent, affiliates, principals, shareholders, officers, employees or suppliers shall not be liable for costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, any loss of revenue or profit, expense or inconvenience, or for any other direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages under contract, tort or any other legal cause, on any theory of liability, arising out of or relating to this agreement or the use, misuse or inability to use the middleware product, or confidential information, however caused, whether or not Schoolcraft, its parent, affiliates, principals, shareholders, officers, employees or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. these limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations or exclusions of certain liabilities such as liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to licensee to the extent such limitation is so prohibited. Schoolcraft's entire liability under this agreement shall be limited to EUR 100,00.
DATA PROTECTION
To verify your license data and to start all necessary components, Worksheet Crafter contacts the servers of SchoolCraft GmbH. In doing so, the following data is transmitted to the servers: your license data and information about the installed program version, a unique identifier for the computer and information about its operating system.
